We have tried to make your purchase as simple as possible. Just browse our web pages, select the tyre, wheel or other product you want and put them into your shopping basket. When you have finished your selection just click to view your basket.
You will be asked for some details which will enable us to process your order.
We are able to accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Switch.
Security
We have not experienced any case of fraud using our credit card order process. The Credit Card element of the transaction is processed on a secure server by our provider who are authorized by the main clearing banks. All credit card details are encrypted in their software when the sale is validated and we neither store nor decrypt your card details in our systems.
Delivery
For stock items we will dispatch to you within 5 working days of receipt of order.
Should there be a delay for any reason you will be contacted, informed of any problem and given a revised expected delivery date.
If the item is not in stock and placed on backorder, you will be informed of the expected delivery date. If this is unacceptable you are free to cancel the order without costs being incurred.
It is a condition of sale that all goods are inspected before the driver leaves as once signed for as ‘Received in Good Condition’, no claims for shortage or damage will be entertained.
Charges for delivery are as follows:
Upto 2 tyres - £6.76
Upto 4 tyres - £13.80
Upto 2 wheels (including tyres if fitted by us) - £8.22
Upto 4 wheels (including tyres if fitted by us) - £16.45
All delivery charges are for delivery to a UK mainland address only – e-mail us for charges to any other destination.
All of our prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the UK current level (17.5%).
We do not pass your details onto third parties for marketing purposes.
All goods supplied are covered by manufacturer or importers guarantee, these guarantees do not affect your statutory rights.
Should a warranty card or registration document be supplied with your purchase this should be completed and returned as soon as possible.
Goods returned under warranty must be agreed with the seller prior to return and must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
These returns will be treated as a matter or urgency. However there are times when the returned item will be sent to the manufacturer for a technical report on the reported fault.
We will not accept responsibility for carriage cost incurred in returning goods or for any fitting costs involved with warranty items.
We will accept no responsibility for misuse or failure following modification of the part supplied.
No liability will be accepted by the seller for items that the buyer has attempted to fit where it is known or ought to reasonably to be known that the part supplied was incorrect or incorrectly supplied.
Parts are not supplied for competition use.
Goods correctly supplied will not be accepted for return or refund.
Fitting
Before fitting wheels or tyres please check that they are the correct size, speed rating and type for the vehicle/application.
Always check:
· Wheels have the correct stud fitting for the vehicle.
· Any fasteners or locating rings/lugs are correct in relation to both the vehicle and wheel.
· Check the wheel and the wheel and tyre package on the vehicle to ensure it clears brake and suspension parts and that it is able to rotate freely on both front and rear hubs.
· Carry out a lock to lock check to ensure full bodywork clearance.
· Carry out a final visual inspection to ensure that the wheels and tyres do not protrude out past the vehicle bodywork.

No wheel will be accepted for credit after having tyres fitted
No tyres will be accepted for credit after fitting to a wheel
