For stock items we will dispatch to you within 5 working days of receipt of order.
Should there be a delay for any reason you will be contacted, informed of any problem
and given a revised expected delivery date.
If the item is not in stock and placed on backorder, you will be informed of the
expected delivery date. If this is unacceptable you are free to cancel the order
without costs being incurred.
It is a condition of sale that all goods are inspected before the driver leaves as once
signed for as ‘Received in Good Condition’, no claims for shortage or damage
will be entertained.

All delivery charges are for delivery to a UK mainland address only – e-mail us
for charges to any other destination.
VAT
All of our prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the UK current level (17.5%).
